Lost or stolen Shuttel card, DKV card or Eneco electronic key fob

If your Shuttel product is lost or stolen, it’s important to block it as soon as possible. Call the Shuttel customer service desk (088 - 934 34 54) to block your product and apply for a new one. NB: A blocked card cannot be reactivated.

Until you have received your replacement product, you will have to pay for the services yourself. Contact your employer to find out how you can declare these costs.
